Payments by credit or debit card at Galleria Di Odda are made in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct. To guarantee the security of the transaction, the confidential details of the card used for payment are transmitted directly to the financial institution in encrypted form (SSL).
For payment by Visa and Mastercard, the Galleria Di Odda only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions, an initiative whose basic principle is to ensure the integrity of internet transactions.
When paying through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the card is activated for Secure e-Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing financial institution, which will ask the buyer to authorise the transaction by means of a personal authentication code. The transaction will only take place if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code and the card will then be charged. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
The Galleria Di Odda accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods.
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email with a tracking code. The delivery time of the order will vary depending on the country:
Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands included): 1 to 2 working days.
Italy: 3 working days
Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland: 2 to 4 working days.
The satisfaction of its selected customers is a priority for Galleria Di Odda. If you wish to request the return of any of its collection pieces, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
The pieces must be returned in their original condition, with their labels and in the same packaging in which they were delivered. Incomplete, worn, damaged, dirty or modified pieces will not be accepted or exchanged.
To make a return, please log in to your Odda account or create a new one to manage the request.
In your account, go to the "My Orders" section and select the order you wish to return to access its detailed information.
Click on the "Request Return" button and select the part(s) you wish to return, specify the reason for return and confirm your request.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a return label by email to print out and attach to your parcel. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a time to pick up the package.
You will have an additional 14 days after the return label has been issued to send the package back. After this period, it will not be possible to make a refund.
Once received at the warehouse, it will be verified that it is in proper condition and the refund will be made using the same method of payment with which the order was placed.
Important: Refunds have a fixed cost of 20€ which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Galleria Di Odda creates its pieces by hand, so each piece requires a certain amount of time to manufacture and to be stored on a regular basis.
If the product you want is out of stock, please contact the gallery specifying its name or reference. You will be notified when it is available again.
